Beach Walk

November, a time when the rest of Canada is at the onset of the snow and ice season, is an ideal time for walks along the beach on Vancouver Island. The rush of summer is past and we are able to slow down and admire the scenery, from macro such as the rocks, shells and barnacles, to the broad panorama vistas of the sea and mountains. The air is fresh and invigorating. What better way to spend an afternoon, than a pleasant stroll followed by a leisurely coffee or ale at a pub with a view overlooking the ocean.
